Malala Yousufzai : Why America Won’t Do ANYTHING

Malala Yousufzai is a 14 year old Pakistani girl who stood up for Democracy and Women’s Rights.

She spoke out about education and about peace. She spoke highly of the United States. The Taliban attempted to assassinate her. They shot her in the head and neck.

As a country, the United States will sit silently and do nothing. This is not an American issue. Why? Because it does not involve business. It is not a part of any major American corporation.

In fact, the US is sitting by quietly while the Pakistani warlords harvest 4 billion dollars of Opium from their fields of Poppy’s. This actually is supported by American businesses who lobby our government.

America fights for oil companies, technology companies, and defense companies. America does NOT fight for Women’s Rights, Human Rights, or for freedom.

How our country has changed. What is left for us to be proud of after all that we have done over the past 50 years.

It is embarrassing to be an American.
