Its time to end an argument. It’s time to stop using words that do not fit simply because you are trying to use linguistics to win an argument. Don’t call a law “The patriot act” when you are taking away the freedoms that every patriot fought to win. Don’t call a law the “Clean air act” when it gives corporations more rights to pollute. Don’t call atheists self-righteous when denial of a god is the most humble act a human can do in their lifetime.

There are two schools of beliefs.

School 1: I am an infinite being. I worship a god who has chosen me over others. I am going to eternity in paradise and others are going to eternal torture.

School 2: I am a product of biological chance. When I die, it is the end of me. I am mortal. I do not have any advantage over another human being. I have no superiority, no claim of super powers, and no supernatural friend who is guiding me through life.

Which one is self-righteous? If you chose School 1, you are correct. If you chose School 2, then you are an insane religious zealot.

Note to Christians, Muslims and Jews. You are the definition of self-righteous. You are the cause of every war and crime against humanity. You are the reason why we have a world of pollution and crime and no way to find a path to nirvana. Don’t ever call anyone else self righteous when you have the guilt of the world on your shoulders. Novels and history books have documented your crimes. The cries of the innocent scream out every second of every day against what you believe. Atheists dream of a world without your insanity. We dream of a world where people don’t die because they have a twisted belief that they are a martyr. We dream of a world where a country does not hold itself above all the other countries in the world simply because it believes it is “chosen by god”. Atheists dream of equality, rationality, and peace. We dream of a world without you.

Commodities Derivatives : Pigs vs. Pigs

It is common knowledge that commodity prices have tripled since 2002. What is commonly misunderstood is “why”. 2013 will be the year that exposes the real reason why commodities have tripled in price. The culprit….the criminals who did this to our global economy are the same faces that produced the 2008 housing crash. DERIVATIVES TRADERS

Over the past 100+ years, commodity prices have slowly dropped by 1.2% per year showing the improvements gained by modernization of machinery and increased productivity.

The index shown starts 110 years ago and trends steadily downward, in apparent defiance of the ultimately limited nature of these resources. The average price falls by 1.2% a year after inflation adjustment to its low point in 2002

The great increase in personal wealth and the development of nations around the world are all a result of this trend. As the food prices cost less and less of our disposable income, we were able to rapidly advance. Its all simply laid out in Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.

Once you don’t worry about feeding yourself, you move onto higher aspirations and goals.

Since 2002, this ability to grow and evolve has been stopped because of the hyper growth rate of the cost of foods. This is not caused by too much demand. It is not caused by fuel, seeds, taxes, or any other external natural causes. This 300% rise in commodities is caused by inside market pressures. These are artificial. These are caused by the pyramid scheme of Derivatives when they are under the forces of collusion with the futures contracts. Once the futures contracts accounts for a majority of the commodity, then there is an ARTIFICIAL shortage of the goods. The derivatives holders can then raise the prices of the bundled futures because they have a virtual monopoly.

Why 2002?

In 2000, just before Bill Clinton left office, he signed the bill that will eventually lead to millions of deaths because of starvation.

The Commodity Futures Modernization Act of 2000 (CFMA) is United States federal legislation that officially ensured the deregulation of financial products known as over-the-counter derivatives. It was signed into law on December 21, 2000 by President Bill Clinton. It clarified the law so that most over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives transactions between “sophisticated parties” would not be regulated as “futures” under the Commodity Exchange Act of 1936 (CEA) or as “securities” under the federal securities laws.

This gave the freedom for the powerful international investment companies to launch huge derivatives operations that are better known to the public as PYRAMID SCHEMES. They lock in the futures contracts for any tradeable items. They sell those derivatives to a partner company that bundles them, pad them with non-productive contracts and sell them as derivatives.

To everyone who gets in early, there is huge money to be made. It is all paper, so it can be leveraged heavily. The only person who loses is the one caught holding the paper when the contracts come due and they realize that more than just a few fail.

As I stated in a previous article, this is how the housing market crashed in the US, and this is how the commodity market will crash. In the housing market, the bundled mortgages became junk when the mortgage payments were not made. In the commodities market, the derivatives will become junk when the price to produce the item is too great and the farmer does not produce enough to fulfill the contract. Instead of a house being foreclosed, this time it will be a food contract, where the food will not be delivered.

This is why people will starve.

Why will this start happening in 2013?

In 2013 we will feel the first shock. Because of the 300% rise in corn prices that have padded the pockets of the derivatives trading houses and their investors with billions of dollars, the cost to feed pigs is now too high. Pig farmers have significantly reduced their herds. While they are still selling off their 2012 pigs, they do not have the young pigs now that are supposed to be delivered in 2013.

While some media outlets like ABC News are reporting that this shortage is a fabrication, you only need to look at the history of the derivative to understand that a crash is unavoidable. It is perfectly logical that the downstream economy of the commodity will be the first to show the crash.

In short, it is a good bet that the pigs we know as the derivative trading companies will cause a shortage of pigs in 2012 due to their derivative trading activities. The one thing we know for sure is that the cycle of the derivative trading boom and bust is never more than 10 years. The market is under the total weight of 10 years of derivative profit taking from the international investment houses. Derivative traders never stop pushing the price until the contracts fail to deliver the end game of the derivative bundle promise. We should see this in 2013. The first failed delivery of commodity contracts on a massive scale.

Romney : Poster Boy for the Private Sector

Mitt Romney doesn’t have a firm grasp of the English language. It seems as if his campaign team doesn’t understand the language that well either.

There is a big difference between “The Private Sector” and “The working Class”. Mitt Romney is the poster boy for the private sector. The people he fires are the working class. UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE.

In economics, the private sector is that part of the economy, sometimes referred to as the citizen sector, which is run by private individuals or groups, usually as a means of enterprise for profit, and is not controlled by the state.

Working class (or lower class, labouring class, sometimes proletariat) is a term used in the social sciences and in ordinary conversation to describe those employed in lower tier jobs (as measured by skill, education and lower incomes), often extending to those in unemployment or otherwise possessing below-average incomes.

THE PRIVATE SECTOR IS DOING FINE….IN FACT MORE THAN FINE. Romney has hoarded over $250 million dollars. In making $250 million dollars , what has he built???? NOTHING. He is known as a shark in our society. Someone who is a predator on the working class.

In our society, the Private sector is the 1%. They are the killers of our American Dream. They are indeed doing fine.

Maybe the fact that he only had 300 people listening to a free speech he was giving in Iowa is evidence to how many of us realize he is a complete fraud when it comes to claims that he understands, or empathizes with the working class.

Nazi Germany and Modern Israel : Two stories of Nationalism

There is a danger in overstating the importance of a nation, and understanding the importance of an individual. This is what happens in extreme Nationalism. The two modern cases of extreme nationalism are Nazi Germany and Modern Israel. The similarities are eerie.

Extreme nationalism identifies one type of person as a “citizen” of the nation and excludes all other nations, ethnic groups and societies as inferior humans. In both Nazi Germany and Modern Israel, these beliefs are strongly rooted in the misconception that their Citizens are smarter, more pure, and chosen by god.

The lines crossed by a culture, when it becomes an extremist nationalistic society are : Occupation, Deprivation, Destruction, and Denial

Occupation is the taking of another sovereign country with the intention of ruling that country as lord and master for eternity. Nazi Germany did this when invading other European countries, and Israel did this in the invasions of Egypt and Palestine.

Deprivation is the act of removing civil, economic, and human rights from all “non-citizens” both in your own country and in the countries you occupy. This is the master / slave mentality of an extreme Nationalistic state.

Destruction is the unlawful and heartless demolition of privately owned property of “non-citizens” under the nationalistic law.

Denial is the act of ignoring public opinion globally. It is the mentality that the world does not understand your master race and any comments made by its leaders are meaningless.

In the comparisons of Nazi Germany to Modern Israel, the following similarities on each of the traits above can be shown historically.

Deprivation (While the acts are similar, the main difference is that Nazi Germany acted in one night, where Modern Israel has acted over 40 years to conduct sweeping deprivation of non-jews)

Israel:

“admissions committees” to disallow non-jew home ownership.

Imposing fines on Arab towns, local authorities and state-funded organizations that commemorate Nakba Day, which falls near Israel’s Independence Day. Some Arab Israelis refer to the day Israel gained statehood as a nakba, or catastrophe, because it resulted in the displacement of 700,000 Palestinians.

Intermarriage is prohibited by the Jewish Halakha

In the 1956 Kafr Qasim massacre, 48 unarmed Arab citizens, returning to their village, were gunned down by an Israel Border Police platoon; a curfew had been imposed, but the villagers were not informed of it.

The “intifada law” is designed to prevent Palestinians wounded and otherwise affected by the operations of the Israel Defense Forces from taking legal action against the State of Israel. The exception is if damage has occurred due to negligence or an accident, or if a Palestinian is injured in any way while in detention.

Israeli law prohibits the Jewish National Fund to sell or lease land to non-Jews.

These are just the deprivation acts against non-jews in Israel. The acts on the foreign lands they occupy are much more harsh.

Racial laws put into effect by the German parliament in Nuremberg on September 15, 1935. These laws became the legal basis for the racist anti-Jewish policy in Germany. Thirteen additional decrees were added to the Nuremberg Laws over the next eight years; these included the first official definition of who was to be considered a Jew and who an Aryan, and methodically ostracized the Jews from German life. Jews with three or four Jewish grandparents were considered full blooded Jews.

The first of the two Nuremberg Laws was called the “Reich Citizenship Law,” which declared that only Aryans could be citizens of the Reich. This stripped the Jews of their political rights, and reduced them from Reichsburger (citizens of the Reich like the Aryans), to Staatsangehorige (state subjects). The second law, called the “Law for the Protection of German Blood and Honor,” forbade marriages and extramarital sexual relations between Germans and Jews; the employment of German maids under the age of 45 in Jewish homes; and the raising of the German flag by Jews.

Destruction : To Demolish property or simply take the property of another human because they are not part of your Nationalist Society.

Israel

House demolition in the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. Any home that is considered part of the opposition, or any home that is standing in the way of new Jewish settlements (Jew only), are taken and demolished.

The massive transfer of land inside Israel was executed primarily through two main laws. The first is the Land Acquisition Law (Validation of Acts and Compensation) – 1953, pursuant to which 1.2 – 1.3 million dunams of land were expropriated from the Arab population. The second law is the Absentees’ Property Law – 1950 under which all of the property owned, possessed or used by the Palestinian refugees was transferred to the State of Israel. Assessments by Israel, Palestinian institutions and UN agencies as to the extent of the properties taken pursuant to this law range from around 2 million dunams to 16 million dunams of land.

I just find it horrifying and fascinating that the once victim Jews of Israel have turned into the Stormtroopers of Nazi Germany. Classic example of the victim becoming the criminal.

Unlucky Number 7 in 2011 (world Population)

If you are a believer that 7 is a lucky number than I have some bad news for you.

7 is an extremely unlucky number in 2011.

In 2011, the world will reach a population level of 7 billion people. This was reported in the International Business Times

Even with all the variables to consider, a good number to use in the estimate of how many humans can be supported on this planet is the number 10 billion. That estimate is based on all of us surviving on cereals. Don’t even think for a moment that 10 billion of us can live with meat in our diets.

This year we reach the unlucky number of 7 billion people. Why is this unlucky. There are many things that will likely happen within 50 years of reaching a population of 7 billion people. The worst of these is probably the end of the abundance of the oceans. At 7 billion people you can start to count the days before our seas empty. Probably within the next 30 to 50 years. Within our lifetimes we will see the end of the sushi idustry, and the end of wild fish as we know it. There will be fish farms around the world that grow fish to eat, but they will be extremely expensive and out of reach for 90% of the population. That is one of the reasons why all the estimates for how many people the earth can sustain are based on cereal consumption because rice and grains are about all that we can produce thin that great of abundance.

Americans are blind to the future of the planet, but they are not exempt from what is going to happen. Even the population growth rate in the U.S. (Without any immigration) is too much for our country to handle. Check out the old 1994 information and see how far we have come towards our own overpopulation.

If you are in Africa, forget about it. You are doomed. In Africa alone, the population is expected to grow 1.1 billion, or 49 percent of the global projected growth, by 2050. With a growth rate of 49%, exactly why are we sending food there? It is like spitting into the wind.

For the rest of the world, by 2050, it’s expected to exceed nine billion. By 2100, it’s expected to rise to 10 billion.

So after a long run as “Mr Lucky Number Seven”, it is time to put that myth to rest. Seven is my least favorite number is 2011.

Hello All,

In order to stay objectively truthful, I will need to temporarily interrupt the entries to this blog about living “Inside the Insane America”. ITIA has been a fun ride and I want to continue, but it may have to be through another blog title as my stay OTIA may be extended.

Pit of despair III

So once again I find you in the pit.  You have not moved in forever. 

Have you ever wondered why trees don’t run from fire?  I have seen leaves move from side to side each day following the sun.  I have seen branches turn completely around to pursue the sunshine.  A tree has to know when fire is approaching, why don’t they at least bend away from the flames as they approach?

The answer is that they have been programmed to simply catch sun.  Most tree species are tremendously successful in that there are millions of trees just like them.  They have become so programmed to follow the success pattern of their ancestors that they simply sit there while the fire approaches.

So it is with you.  You are sitting in the fire of despair.  You cannot even hear logic because it seems so foreign to you.  There must be a way to get happy again using the same tools that made your parents and parents before them miserable, right?  You simply don’t know how to try something entirely new.

When I was a Christian I use to hate the parable about the coins.  I thought that the Christian god was stupid and harsh for punishing the man who simply hid the coins out of fear.  Now that parable is one of my favorite.  I understand why simply burying coins is foolishness.  Why the American Christian Church tells its members to ignore this parable and save as much money as possible, I will never know.  The key to the parable is to spend life living.  Spend life living.   Spend life living.  Spend life living.

I am writing these letters not because I feel a need to save my soul.  I am writing these letters because they fulfill me.  I am living when I write.  I love it.  Find the things you love and do them.  Don’t let any rule, law or parental guidance stop you.  The only rule you should live by is the rule of knowing that most people are in the pit of despair.  They are easy to use and abuse.  Try your best to avoid it once you are out of the pit.  It tends to hollow you as a person and makes living harder.

George Soros hacks BBC and podster.de?

As a shining example of how the wealthy can alter history, George Soros is erasing his mistakes.  Soros who is known as the man who “broke the bank of England” by betting against the Pound Sterling, and again betting against the Association of Southeast Asian Nations which caused a monetary shortfall of 218 Billion, gave an interview on June 6^th, 2008 to Carrie Gracie of BBC Radio “The Interview”.

In this interview, George Soros seemed to become enamored by Carrie Gracie and after she prodded him 4 times, Soros disclosed some very interesting facts about how he was in the middle of shorting the “West”.  When Carrie persisted, Soros came clean about his investments and plans to cause havoc in the UK, the EU and the U.S.A.

While the interview did receive international attention, the length of time between his statements and the most recent financial devastation was longer than the world’s attention span.  Soros, a man who has learned his lesson about covering his tracks (see Soros history of traitorous activities against his own people during WWII), has seemingly decided to cover this interview up in fear of future retribution.

Try to search for the June 6^th, 2008 Interview between Carrie Gracie and George Soros on the BBC Radio show, “The Interview”.  You will not find it.  You will not find the audio.  You will not find the transcripts.

A search of “The Interview” archives and you will find the place where the file should be, in the list of 2008 interviews, but it’s not there.

Ok, no big deal.  Carrie or the station manager must have thought that the interview with the man who nearly broke the British economy singlehandedly is not that important.  Let’s dig deeper into BBC archives.  It has to be there somewhere!  I found the interview file location…but the mp3 had gone missing!

Ok, so the BBC has lost an interview…unlikely, but not impossible.  Let’s look for it on another site in another country.  There are many mirrors of BBC interviews.  Let’s look at one in Germany.  Found the file location, but it will not play.  The file has been erased.  Try it for yourself.  The location is shown below.

Ok, enough playing around.   Let’s go to another independent site.  I am not a conspiracy theorist.  I like facts.  Another search for the file showed that I could listen to it on a site called Odeo.com  Unbelievable the file is corrupted.

These were the only locations on the Internet that held the interview for open play.  I tried bit torrents to locate the file, and even a multitude of sites that claim to store some of the most controversial interviews in history.  NOTHING.

George Soros opened up to Carrie Gracie.  That interview was some of the most accurate historical data we have on the true nature of George Soros.  Now it seems as if he has found a way, through hacking databases of information, to start white washing his past.  The Carrie Gracie interview is a very important piece of our past that now seems lost.  Is it true that money can now easily rewrite history by hacking the source of data and historical records for most of the planet?  Like I said, I am not a conspiracy theorist.  I just wonder why the British, who are known for their never ending bureaucratic ability to keep every record of every event in their history, has suddenly misplaced this record of a confession by a very evil man.

Arizona Budget Crisis from Zero Leadership

The Arizona budget crisis is NOT a spending issue.  That’s right, everything you have been told about the crisis in the Arizona State budget is misleading.  Arizona can repair it’s financial issues without making a single budget cut.  The only thing required to jump start Arizona with the greatest construction boom in our history, and the greatest inflow of investment capital into our state is to pass a “net metering” law.

Arizona has not had representation or leadership for the past 20 years.  Our leadership is 100% aware of the fact that solar power plants are the solution to our budget and employment issues, but they ignore the obvious.  Our representatives have sold us out to the oil companies since solar power was first mass produced.

Why would the #1 state for solar energy have the most backward laws, and most blocks to solar energy production in the nation?  Simple.  They did it for the money and for their own political careers.

John McCain, John Kyle, Ann Kilpatrick, Trent Franks, John Shadegg, Edward Pastor, Harry Mitchell, Jeff Flake, Paul Grijalva and Gabrielle Giffords are all directing blame at our own state government.  They want you to believe that lack of budget control is the core reason for the state deficit.  Ready for the truth?  Our Representatives in Washington have been doing you a disservice since the 1970’s.  Arizona is the #1 energy state in the United States.  We have more power potential than Alaska AND more than Texas.  Take a look at the solar energy map of the United States below.

Arizona is the hot spot of solar in the United States

We are the “hot spot” for solar energy production.  Why are California, New Jersey and New York ahead of us in power production?  Easy…we have no leadership or true representation from the public servants in Arizona.

When energy resources were found in Arizona, John McCain traded them for unlimited campaign funds and the ability to run for President as many times as he wants.  That’s right.  Arizona NEVER developed its energy resources.  Even California knows how valuable our resources are and they are stealing them from us as I write this blog entry.  In the northwest corner of Arizona, multiple California companies have built solar power plants and are piping all of that power back to California without YOU seeing a penny of it.

Arizona, with the most solar potential in the country, currently ranks 27^th in total energy production when we should be ranked #1

APS and SRP (Arizona’s Power Companies) enjoy the protection of Senator McCain from having to buy solar power from power plants in our state.  In other words, Arizona discourages, with extreme prejudice, anyone building a solar power plant.  This is the only reason why we do not currently have the largest construction industry in the United States at the present time.  Instead we are near the top of the list for unemployment.

This is betrayal of the Arizona public by its representatives.  Instead of receiving free energy and a check from the government each year, you are being asked to pay more for your power this year AND you have no financial benefits from all the wonderful sunshine we have in our state.

Solar is the answer to our budget crisis.  Solar is the answer to the future of our State.  Investors are sitting on the sideline waiting for the People of Arizona to make a change.  If you don’t vote for a pro-solar candidate this fall you are voting the state into bankruptcy.  John McCain has stolen every penny he can from us.  He will be retiring and leaving us with the wake of devastation from his lack of leadership.  In what is surely one of the biggest favors in history for the oil companies, John McCain blocked renewable energy in Arizona.  John just chased money for personal purposes and slowly walked us down the road to where we are now.

Wake up Arizona.  You are out of money and have no leadership.  If you don’t vote for NEW REPRESENTATIVES that will IMMEDIATELY change the laws to allow solar to be built in our state, then it’s your own fault for having all these financial problems.  If you DO vote in favor of rapid solar power expansion, then we can be out of debt in less than a decade and have the most prosperous future imaginable for our children.

Let me make it clear and simple.  Net Metering is the key to Arizona’s future.  If you are voting for someone who has not promised to impose Net Metering immediately, then you are voting against our future.

Stop screwing up.  Think first, then vote.

Don’t waste your time entering a real question into the “ask a question” field when trying to contact EBay Customer Support.  It doesn’t work.  You will enter the endless loop of the EBay dungeon known as customer service.  Believe me, you will NEVER get the question right unless you know the secret password.

Enter  the word   “register” into the “ask a question” field.   This will give you an immediate phone number to call for support.

In other words, the force you to lie to get support.  As soon as you tell them that you want to be a new customer they are right there to help you.

Interesting side note:   For everyone who thinks that the world would be better off if all CEO’s were women, EBay is a case study of the error in that thinking.  The desire to purposefully cause customers undue stress if you are a monopoly is true for male and female CEO’s.

Meg Whitman was the female CEO of EBay until 2007.  This is her policy.

John Donahoe is now the CEO of EBay and he has kept the sick policy in place.

Ebay is truly cruel to its customers.  They seem to get a twisted pleasure from making you go around in an endless loop.  It has been like this for years, so don’t expect a change any time soon.  EBay is a monopoly, and they purchased the only payment company that is set up for EBay (Paypal), so they have a monopoly on payment methods as well.
