What Rush L. and the idiots of the Fox News don’t get is that global warming means more violence in the atmosphere. That means more dangerous storm events.

So thanks to the GOP and Fox News, we now have a nation that is completely unprepared for the storms and weather violence that is now at our doorsteps.

Tornadoes cause an average of 70 fatalities and 1,500 injuries in the U.S. each year, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Over the last decade, these numbers have steadily risen. In 2011 there were 1,897 tornadoes reported in the U.S., of which at least 1,706 were confirmed. It proved to be a destructive and deadly year for tornadoes, with 550 confirmed fatalities.

This year it will be 1000+ fatalities….GUARANTEED.

Now add the fact that construction companies and developers have used PAC’s to influence law makers for decades to approve lower and lower building standards. 2X4s are no longer 2 inches by 4 inches…WHY?…..because it saves money and our local governments did nothing. Next add the fact that the old wall stud requirement of 12 inches apart was replaced by zoning approvals of studs 18 inches apart. The result is a home that is “built to withstand 90mph winds”.
Who in their right mind would think that 90mph is a wind standard that we should build millions of homes to that specification???

We are not even prepared for tornadoes of 130mph wind speeds. Research at Texas Tech University and elsewhere has shown that only masonry or reinforced concrete walls can protect against lethal flying debris that might be encountered during a tornado with wind speeds up to 130 mph. Now we can expect regular storms with tornadoes with winds in excess of 200 mph.

The combination of bad zoning regulations that were passed by influence of developer PAC funds, and the coming storms that will pummel the midwest states with 200mph winds, and the coastal states with category 4 and 5 hurricanes, will result in the destruction of a large majority of these homes made out of inferior quality sticks and nails.

So what is the ONLY silver lining to this sad story? Maybe it is the fact that most of those superstitious people who believe everything that Fox News tells them, live in the states that will be the hardest hit by thest tornadoes.

Global Chain of Command

America is the global military superpower. Our industrial military complex has been growing uncontrolled by the citizens of our country for decades. It is scary enough that my country, who lost its ability to self govern a long time ago, desires to engage in foreign wars at the drop of a hat. What terrifies me is that even our illegitimate leaders are not in control of our military. Our Government is the puppet of Israel. We do exactly what they request….even when it goes against our own treaties, United Nations rules, and even the public opinion of our own country.

Let me prove this to you by easy to understand examples:

1) We have lost our ability to self govern. This is the age of marketing. Our government is elected by cash. Cash spent on marketing. Our government is 100% operated by the puppets of corporations.

Proof: If people are elected by public opinion (democracy), then the following facts about the 2012 elections are IMPOSSIBLE.

A) Congress approval rating is 15%. This means that in a general election, ALL of Congress would be replaced.

B) In the 2012 elections, 91% of all Congress members running for office were re-elected.

SO NOW THAT WE HAVE PROVEN THAT THE US IS NO LONGER A DEMOCRACY IN THE CLASSIC SENSE…..LETS TAKE A LOOK AT THE CONTROL OF OUR GOVERNMENT.

1) While the United Nations is in debate over Palestinians’ request for UN membership, the US has already announced their decision to veto. But the over two thirds of Americans who are neither Jewish nor Evangelical should consider saying yes.

2) The whole world has come to the conclusion that the Israel settlements are illegal. The European Union attempted to make a small statement against the settlements in requiring all products shipped to the EU from those settlements be labeled as such. (In actuality, the whole world should embargo anything created in those settlements). Our own John Kerry, is the messenger who delivered the ultimatum to the EU. “DO WHAT ISRAEL SAYS OR WE WILL STAND AGAINST YOU”. Of course, the news reported it as “helping to negotiate peace in the middle east” WHAT A JOKE. That is like saying “Let Hitler keep killing Jews during World War 2 as a way to encourage peace in Europe”.

So there you have it. America has lost its place in history as the source of democratic governance, and has given up common sense international diplomacy in exchange for making demands according to the will of the Israeli Government.

Patents and Trademarks No Longer Give Safety to Small Business

What was once a good idea has now become another tool in the arsenal of weapons that big business has in crushing entrepreneurialism and small business.

The idea of a Patent or Trademark has always been the dream of entrepreneurs and small business owners. It was a safe haven. It was a sign of success granted by the Federal Government.

Now all the rules have changed. Big business can run over any patent claim or trademark by using one of two tried and true methods.

1) They can change a few cosmetic features and claim it as a new invention.
2) They can buy a similar obsolete patent and claim that they had the idea before you did.

Case in point:

Facebook to go to trial over “Timeline” trademark

This is the definition of stupidity. First of all….how did the trademarks people allow someone to trademark an a word that was first used in the 1950′s? I can understand the trademark of a “made up” word or set of words like coca cola….but to trademark the word “timeline”….that is insane.

Facebook was sued back in September 2011 by Timelines Inc. over the “timeline” trademark. Timelines Inc., which launched its website in 2009, claimed that Facebook infringed on its trademark when the social network roll out its timeline feature to its user base.

How do people come up with this idiocy? Just because you own the domain http://www.timelines.com you think you own all internet use of the word timeline???

If you think this is stupid…hold on to your hat. The legal insanity is just starting to come to reality. Billions are being invested in old patents so companies can lock out all competition.

Take the example of Google.

Google adds IBM patents as it looks to future : It has acquired 187 patents and 36 applications, adding to the 1,000 it purchased from IBM last summer. The latest patents include a system for “using semantic networks to develop a social network”. Google has spent billions building its technology rights portfolio, including a $12.5bn (£7.7bn) deal for Motorola Mobility.

Apple, Google in Group Buying Kodak Patents : A group including Apple Inc. (AAPL), Google Inc. (GOOG) and Research In Motion Ltd. (RIM) agreed to buy patents from bankrupt Eastman Kodak Co. for about $525 million, gaining the right to use the digital technology to capture and share photos.

Google Buys Motorola: The Patent Wars Ramp Up : Google’s purchase of smartphone maker Motorola Mobility for $12.5 billion on Monday marks the latest salvo in the software industry’s raging patent war — a pitched battle that threatens to have far-reaching consequences for American innovation.

Government April Fools Joke On Americans

Its April and you are a fool if you think American is a wealthy country.

Do you remember Mitt Romney saying 47% are poor and have an entitlement lifestyle?

Paul Ryan says that 30% of Americans no longer believe in the American Dream.

The joke is on us because many of us believed them and they couldn’t have been more wrong. Hey Mitt….Hey Paul, its not 30%, its not 47%……ITS 70%!

In news today, it was released that 7 out of every 10 people in America work crappy pay service, fast food, retail, or entry level office jobs.

In a CNN Money article by Tami Lubby, “Wages Stink at America’s Most Common Jobs”

America’s most common jobs come with lousy pay.

Workers in seven of the 10 largest occupations typically earn less than $30,000 a year, according to new data published Friday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. That’s a far cry from the nation’s average annual pay of $45,790.

Food prep workers are the third most-common job in the U.S., but have the lowest pay, at a mere $18,720 a year for 2012. Cashiers and waiters are also popular professions, but the average pay at these jobs tallies up to less than $21,000 annually. There are 4.3 million retail sales workers out there, making them the most common job, but the position pays only $25,310 for the year.

Among the 10 most popular professions, only the nation’s 2.6 million registered nurses earn a good living, bringing home nearly $68,000 a year on average. Another two of the most common jobs — secretaries and customer service representatives — have an average annual wage of about $33,000.

Wages have been in the spotlight this year as the debate over income inequality intensified. Middle-class Americans have been losing ground, as median household income dropped by more than $4,000 since 2000.

Gentry and Renee Nickell and Their Doomed Daughter

Human animals are predictable if you have enough factual evidence to establish the paths of their future. The trouble is that most times, peoples lives are private enough that there is not enough public evidence to accurately predict the future. Typically we hear of a violent criminal, or submissive victim, and then we dig into their past and find the evidence of what put them on this path.

This time we are lucky. We have all the facts necessary to predict the future. Unfortunately, the future is incredibly sad.

Lets look at the facts.

Gentry and Renee Nickell are raising a daughter. She is now 13 years old. Right now she is making decisions on whether to be independent or to be a slave to others. Right now she is dealing with the new power of independent emotions that are not under her own control yet. Right now she is dealing with the incredible pressure of the social clusterF$*#K of the American education system. It is the time of molding the human being…..a mold that is not easily broken in adulthood.

So what is the mold her parents have given her? Lets look at the past.

1) She has been raised in a Church / religious group in which her parents blindly accept the advice of Christian Counselors.

2) She had an uncle, who was very much part of her life, die in an American foreign war.

3) She was publicly humiliated by her parents.

4) Her parents dictated her crimes to her, detailing what was not acceptable in words of extreme hate.

The words on the sign are very important. They are the precursor to the daughters future as dictated by her parents.

a) You are self entitled, with no respect for authority: TRANSLATED: You cannot make your own decision. All decisions must be made for you. Any decision you make for yourself is “self entitlement”. (and you can be sure they added the concept that “self entitled” people go to hell and burn for eternity.)

b) “Because I don’t care”. TRANSLATED: Telling your daughter that she is not caring is telling your daughter that she is devoid of love. Of course the daughter is caring and loving….this is one of those statements that most parents make in speaking to their children. A troubled child still cares…they are just trying to work things out in their minds and need parenting with respect….not ultimatums of degrading words.

Gentry and Renee Nickell have set a path for their daughter that is recognizable to any studying psychologist. They brought their child up in delusion and superstition. The prayers to the imaginary god go unanswered and the uncle is killed in a war that most people think is an insane war. She gets conflicting messages from TV, her parents, the church, and her friends at school. There is no possible way she could sort them out at 13 years of age.

Typically it takes outside influences to suggest that she look more closely at her religion and start really reading the book and start testing the promises before she will understand that it is a hoax. That outside influence typically does not come until college or her first years away from her overbearing parents.

Unfortunately for the daughter, that will never happen because of the incident that occurred after her humiliating punishment. A police officer came to the home after pictures of her parents humiliating her went viral on the internet. Instead of telling her parents that forced public abasement is not tolerated in our society, the cop let the father dictate the conversation and solidified the girls future submissive behavior by making her confirm the father’s right to humiliate his daughter in public.

So what is the future for this little girl. Here are the highly probable outcomes of the 13 years of parental influence by these two parents, plus this public humiliation with confirmation from authority.

1) She will do better in school, but not really learn. She won’t have the creativity to help our culture thrive. Just a shell of a person ever adapting and self abasing to please others.

2) All things will be “gods will” so people will be able to take advantage of her. She is now a victim for life. God has already taken her uncle without any explanation, so everything else is easy to accept.

3) She will fall in love only in a enabling, dependent way to a dominating and violent man. She will seek the “punish me and then hug me” relationship. As she matures, this punishment will be mostly likely domestic violence.

4) Her entire adult life will be based on hope for a better afterlife. She will (and has already) accepted that she has no control or hope in this life as an individual, but rather her only hope is in conforming to the wishes of others.

What a tragedy….an American tragedy. One that plays out 100 million times each generation in our country of superstition and bad parenting.

Thomas Young : We Salute You : We will keep fighting to bring Bush to Justice.

A man with a RIGHT, and the RIGHT words to say to about George_W._Bush and Mr. Cheney, and the Iraq War.

Tomas Young (born November 30, 1979) is an American military veteran of the Iraq War. He was paralyzed by a bullet to the spine while deployed in Iraq. One of the first veterans to come out publicly against the war, he has spent most of his life since the war protesting. Young’s conditions have worsened due to various medical complications and he is currently on hospice care, awaiting his death

Thomas Young is authorized to speak out about the war in Iraq. There are 4488 who can no longer speak out about the war: (Killed Since war began (3/19/03): 4488) , and 32,021 who are authorized to speak out about the war : )Total Wounded: 32021) Mr. Young is one of the wounded who still has a voice to speak out about the crimes committed against him.

(Interestingly enough, Fox News has not hired a single one to come on the shows in which they keep spreading the American hate.)

Thomas Young is part of America that we love. Ready to stand up to defend. Ready to believe in the greatness of our country.

Mr Young did voice his qualified opinion on the war:

Tomas Young, who was shot and paralyzed during an insurgent attack in Sadr City in 2004, five days into his first deployment, penned the letter from his Kansas City, Mo., home, where he’s under hospice care.

“I write this letter, my last letter, to you, Mr. Bush and Mr. Cheney,” Young wrote in the letter published on Truthdig.com. “I write not because I think you grasp the terrible human and moral consequences of your lies, manipulation and thirst for wealth and power. I write this letter because, before my own death, I want to make it clear that I, and hundreds of thousands of my fellow veterans, along with millions of my fellow citizens, along with hundreds of millions more in Iraq and the Middle East, know fully who you are and what you have done. You may evade justice but in our eyes you are each guilty of egregious war crimes, of plunder and, finally, of murder, including the murder of thousands of young Americans—my fellow veterans—whose future you stole.”

The 33-year-old, who was the subject of Phil Donahue’s 2007 documentary “Body of War,” continued:

I joined the Army two days after the 9/11 attacks. I joined the Army because our country had been attacked. I wanted to strike back at those who had killed some 3,000 of my fellow citizens. I did not join the Army to go to Iraq, a country that had no part in the September 2001 attacks and did not pose a threat to its neighbors, much less to the United States. I did not join the Army to “liberate” Iraqis or to shut down mythical weapons-of-mass-destruction facilities or to implant what you cynically called “democracy” in Baghdad and the Middle East. I did not join the Army to rebuild Iraq, which at the time you told us could be paid for by Iraq’s oil revenues.

Young believes he was injured fighting the wrong war:

I would not be writing this letter if I had been wounded fighting in Afghanistan against those forces that carried out the attacks of 9/11. Had I been wounded there I would still be miserable because of my physical deterioration and imminent death, but I would at least have the comfort of knowing that my injuries were a consequence of my own decision to defend the country I love. I would not have to lie in my bed, my body filled with painkillers, my life ebbing away, and deal with the fact that hundreds of thousands of human beings, including children, including myself, were sacrificed by you for little more than the greed of oil companies, for your alliance with the oil sheiks in Saudi Arabia, and your insane visions of empire.

“When Tomas Young saw President Bush on television speaking from the ruins of the Twin Towers, his life changed,” his bio on the “Body of War” website reads. “As his basic training began at Ft. Hood, he assumed that he would be shipped off to Afghanistan where the terrorist camps were based, routing out Al Qaeda and Taliban warriors. But soon, Bush ordered the invasion of Iraq.”

This is just one facet of the war crimes of George_W._Bush and Dick Cheney The part that Mr. Young cannot comment on because even though they are civilian “non combatants” they have been classified as terrorists by our government are the 109,032 deaths including 66,081 civilian deaths (Which we would not know the official government number had Wikileaks not published the information that was being kept from the American public)

The bottom line is that it is difficult for all of us to live in our beloved country when its leadership is monopolized by captains of industry and its public is stupefied by a monopolized news media. The good news is that everything is cyclical and it will come out in the wash because we will keep pushing until the country is back in the hands of an educated public.

The best way we can repay heroes like Thomas Young for believing in the real America, even when it was held hostage by Bush and Cheney, is to keep pushing until we get a conviction and send them to prison. The best present we can give him is to have the links in this article on George Bush and Dick Cheney to point to Wikipedia pages with the title “Convicted War Criminal”.

Republic of Cyprus, 2013 : When International Bankers Began To ROB Private Citizens

It is the tolling of the bell heard around the world.

The Republic of Cyprus is raiding their savings of their citizens to pay international bankers.

According to the Wall Street Journal’s Matina Stevis, this would lower the impact on smaller savers to just 3% of their deposits:

Here is how it all happened:

In the years of financial deception from the turn of the century until the housing crisis in the USA in 2008, the international bankers had successfully marketed to every country in the world that international bonds were the way to insure the success of the country in the “new financial age” Then when the pyramid crashed and the international bankers both kept their embarrassingly large profits from the good years and brought demand for payment to each of the countries involved who could not support the losses from the payments to the International bankers….they started to fall one by one.

This is what the news reported:

In September 2011, the credit rating of Cyprus was downgraded by all major credit rating agencies following the Evangelos Florakis Naval Base explosion in July 2011 which occured in a period of slow progress of the fiscal and structural reforms. At the same time yields on its long-term bonds rose above 12%. Despite its low population and small economy Cyprus has a large off-shore banking industry that was shaken to its foundations during the financial turmoil. With a total nominal GDP of €19.5bn ($24bn)[3] the country was unable to stabilize its banks, which had amassed €22 billion of Greek private sector debt and were disproportionately hit by the haircut taken by creditors.

So the debt was made to look like it was bad management by the government of Cyprus. The reality happened 5 years prior when the international bankers started taking their high interest rates and commissions on each bond sale. They had sold worthless paper in exchange for the sovereign currency. Now that their paper had been identified as worthless, they now are back to demand payment in full for all outstanding debt.

And this is when the debt collectors came: Representatives of the Troika (the European Commission, the International Monetary Fund, and the European Central Bank) arrived to the island in July for investigation over the financial problems of the country and submitted the terms of the bailout to the Cypriot government on 25 July.

Now here is the real troubling part.

In most cases you would expect the government of these countries to fight back against the international bankers. Calling them out on their worthless paper. Demanding refunds on the investments, interest paid, and commissions paid. But that doesn’t happen any more in our world. The leaders of each country are now either in partnership with these bankers, or are made to fear them to such an extent that they would rather subject their citizens to abuse.

Enter President Anastasiades of Cyprus:

President calls on MPs to approve depositors tax

How is it possible that a government leader can call on the people to suffer the loss of assets for something that they had nothing to do. There was no vote to approve buying the bonds of the International bankers. There was no vote to accept blame as a country for being swindled, and to not go after their own money that was stolen. Instead the very leader of the country is asking for their representatives in government to approve the unlawful theft of assets from their savings accounts.

This is theft on a national level. This is a trial study by the international bankers to see if they can push the logical laws of every nation back to the dark ages. In modern times……savings accounts are the ONLY true form of national security. Other than freedom, there is no greater thing that can be given away by a government. Now we have the leader of a country so afraid of international bankers and credit ratings that they are giving away the faith of the people in their government?

President Anastasiades is either insane of he is in partnership with those who want to rob Cyprus. In his statement to the nation he said, “In a televised address to the people a day after the eurogroup approved a bailout agreement for Cyprus, President Anastasiades said he fully undertakes responsibility for his actions and the solution which “we have chosen is surely not the one we wanted to, but it is the least painful under the circumstances and because most of all it allows us to be able to handle the economy ourselves”. He could not be more wrong if he tried. His statement is without any intelligence and without any merit.

Here is a wake-up call for Cypress and its president.

1) Thugs and international bankers NEVER let you out of debt once you owe them. This payment is not the solution…it is just a payment. Once it is made they International Monetary Fund will ask “When can we expect your next payment”
2) There is no law in any intelligent country that taxes savings accounts: Granted there are some horrific laws that tax the income on savings accounts, and while that is barbaric, it is no where near taxing the principle amount. That is the sacred jewel of a civilization. Once it is broken…it can never be repaired. Once you take one dollar from a savings account….there can never again be trust in the government.
3) If Cyprus thinks that a tax on savings is the worst the IMF has to offer….just wait. Next they are coming to levy your natural resources, your historical treasures, and then finally your human value in the form of indentured servitude.

So welcome to the modern age of international finance. There is a new global power. It has no borders and no government. It only robs and steals. It is sucking the life blood from island nations like Greece, Cyprus and African countries like Ivory Coast and Ghana. But when it is done with them….it is coming for you.
